Please cancel at least 12 hours before your lesson starts.
How to cancel

- Wait for an email to confirm your cancellation

- If we receive your notice 12+ hours before the lesson, we will reschedule
- If you cancel later than 12 hours, you will be charged
Late arrival
Please be on time. Your teacher will wait a maximum of 15 minutes. After that, the teacher will go offline and you will be charged for the lesson.
